When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship the same day. Free shipping is by 1st class mail. Other shipping options are selectable.

What is your return policy?
Returns are easy. Please go to the Returns and Exchanges section of our website to print out your return form. Simply fill out the necessary form(s), enclose them in your package and we´ll deduct a return shipping rate of $3.

Does Clipa work on both double handle and single strap bags?
Yes.
My handbag straps are very long. Will it work?
If your bag straps are very long, Clipa may not suspend your bag off of the ground.
Will Clipa keep my handbag from being stolen?
No. Keep your handbag close with a Clipa purse hanger and keep an eye on it. Clipa is not a theft deterrent.
Will it break?
It has been tested on machines and in the field comparable to 10 years of daily use. The force required to break the Clipa handbag hanger is multiples of the rated strength.
What is your guarantee?
We back every Clipa with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you´re unhappy with a product, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less shipping costs. How do I care for it, clean it?
Caring for your Clipa purse hanger consists of keeping it clean. A microfiber cloth works great or us a cloth moistened with soapy water. Submerging in salt water not recommended.
